Terms of Service

1. Platform role

CrowdFlow Inc. (PBC) hosts and operates the platform. Donor funds are not held by the PBC, and no CrowdFlow platform fee is taken out of donor payments: each charge goes entirely to the receiving 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) as support money, with that entity acting as merchant of record (standard payment-processing costs apply). Any compensation the PBC receives comes from the participating entities under separate agreements, never out of donor payments. Funds are routed to the appropriate entity based on vote outcomes.

2. Pledges, votes, and disbursements

• Pledges are authorized at checkout and charged after the cycle closes and allocations lock.
• Donor funds are split proportionally by vote share; sponsor pools are awarded winner-take-all to the top strategy.
• Receipts are issued by recipient entities; disbursement logs and cycle reports are published.

3. Compliance & KYC

We may require identity verification if you exceed pledge thresholds or as required by applicable law. Failure to complete KYC may delay or cancel a pledge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with voting, or engage in fraud or unlawful activity.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
