Submit a Cause
Help decide what CrowdFlow builds next. Propose a cause, share the facts, and we’ll evaluate it for a future funding cycle.

How submissions work
Submit
You share the cause, desired outcome, and any evidence or links.
Review
We score it for clarity, feasibility, and partner readiness.
Follow-up
If it looks promising, we may contact you for sources, intros, or refinement.
Build
If accepted, we create a cause page with strategies and vetted partners.
Launch
The cause opens in a cycle where the community allocates votes.
What we won’t do: We can’t launch every submission, and we don’t publish unverified claims.
What makes a good CrowdFlow cause?
The best causes are specific, winnable, and measurable. We look for tangible outcomes, not just general awareness.
- High public relevance and emotional clarity
- A measurable outcome (what changes, by when)
- Under-addressed problem with momentum
- Works with one or more strategy types (litigation, advocacy, etc.)
- Has potential partner organizations we can vet and fund
Good Example
“Ban PFAS in food packaging in Washington State by passing a specific bill.”
Not Great
“Fix corruption” (too broad, unclear win condition).
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my cause go live automatically?
No, every submission is reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our criteria for clarity, feasibility, and partner readiness.
How do you decide what to launch?
We look for clear, measurable outcomes, legal and compliance fit, partner readiness, and urgency. We prioritize causes where CrowdFlow’s model can make a real difference.
Can I submit something local to my state or city?
Yes! Please be specific about the jurisdiction (e.g., 'City of Seattle' or 'State of Ohio'). Local causes often have high impact.
Do you accept international causes?
Yes, but with limitations. It depends on our ability to vet partners and comply with regulations in that region.
Can I submit a candidate or political campaign?
Direct candidate support requires PAC compliance. We typically focus on issues and policy goals, but may support candidates through compliant mechanisms if it serves the cause.
Is submitting a cause tax-deductible?
No money is collected on this page. If a cause is launched, the tax treatment of donations depends on the specific entity (501c3, 501c4, or PAC) executing the strategy.
Can you keep my submission confidential?
We cannot guarantee confidentiality. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information or non-public details you aren't comfortable sharing.
What if my cause already exists on CrowdFlow?
We try to merge duplicates. We encourage you to browse existing causes first to see if you can support one that's already active.
CrowdFlow is a decision platform. When causes launch, users allocate votes and funds route directly to vetted partner entities. CrowdFlow Inc (PBC) earns a 5% platform fee and does not hold donor funds.
